This tutorial is completely my own and any similarity is just pure coincidence...
Supplies Needed:
I use PSP X5
Tube of Choice, Im using in this one, Steampunk Girl 2 from Very Many, which you can purchase HERE
Scrap Kit: Jane's Steampunk By Black Widow Creations which you can purchase HERE
Font of Choice I used Final Relief by Xerographer Fonts found HERE for free
Ok Lets get Started...
Open Up a new image, 900 x 900 (this tends to work better when using more elements)
It will look big but you will resize later...
Now choose
BWC_JaneSteamPunk_EL23(frame)
and place it in your new image.
Resize by 125 %.
Next I added Steampunk Girl2,choose girl and place her in your image.
Place her in front of the frame, re-size by 65% and position as needed.
Duplicate your tube, and place one tube layer behind the frame layer,hide top layer then click on bottom image, and erase everything on the
outside of the frame... Next go back to top tube layer and erase ONLY the part of the tube outside the frame thats on the bottom.Dont worry if you get
some of the inside of the bottom, this is why we duplicated it :) LEAVE TOP OF TUBE AS IS DO NOT ERASE... this will give the effect of her standing
inside the frame.
Next pick a paper of your choice, I picked BWC_JaneSteamPunk_PP9, Place paper in image, and position it the layer behind
your bottom tube layer.
Now click on frame layer, and use the magic wand tool, and click inside the circle of the frame.Go up to selections, modify, expand, enter 10 in number of pixles,
go back up to selections and click invert. Now click on paper layer, and go up to edit and chose cut.Now go back up and select NONE.
This will remove all excess paper surrounding the frame.
Next pick out some more elements, I chose BWC_JaneSteamPunk_EL5,BWC_JaneSteamPunk_EL7,BWC_JaneSteamPunk_EL21,
BWC_JaneSteamPunk_EL30,BWC_JaneSteamPunk_EL33.
Place heart (el33) behind paper layer resize to your liking, and place in top left corner.
Next place boots (el5), resize by 60%, and postion as shown in tag.
Now place gun (el19) behind boots and position as shown.Resize by 60%,Next place key in image on top right corner of frame, do not resize...
Now place gold heart (el7)on bottom right side of frame, on the top layer, now duplicate and place that layer under paper layer. Go back to top heart layer
and erase the part inside the frame and the tiny part on the frame DO NOT ERASE ANY OF THE HEART...
Next pick BWC_JaneSteamPunk_EL14,BWC_JaneSteamPunk_EL15,BWC_JaneSteamPunk_EL17,BWC_JaneSteamPunk_EL18,BWC_JaneSteamPunk_EL27,BWC_JaneSteamPunk_EL29,BWC_JaneSteamPunk_EL31,
BWC_JaneSteamPunk_EL32,BWC_JaneSteamPunk_EL34.
Take El34 place it behind last layer and resize 175%, now take the rest of the gears and place behind, el34 all the way around, as shown in tag.
Make sure to place a lighter colored gear behind the heart at the top left corner, to make it stand out more.
Almost done....
Merge visible , Re-size to your liking(I like 600x600)then add the artist and your copyrights :) and choose your desired font,
for this I used,Final Relief Xerographer Fonts, I used browns that are within the tag.
Adjust size as desired.
And save as a PNG so that its transparent...
